Vendor Onboarding Guidelines
Mode of Operation / Policies (E-commerce Vendors)
- Upon Sign up, Vendors may either send items to us directly or request a pickup, after which the items will be kept in our custody.
- A dedicated WhatsApp group will be created, comprising your team and our operations team.
- All delivery orders should be sent to the group as they are received.
- Our team will pick the orders, reach out to receiver, schedule them for riders, and carry out delivery accordingly.
- For Pay on delivery (POD) orders, we ensure remittance is completed before close of business the following day after delivery.
- You can monitor your business in real time using our CRM platform to track delivery, manage stock, and more.
Other Policies to Note
- All orders scheduled for same-day delivery must be submitted on On time.
- All products delivered through Eluzitrust Logistics must have valid NAFDAC approval. Any product intercepted, fined, or penalized due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the vendor.
- Items left in our custody for up to three (3) months without any delivery activity may attract demurrage charges. Where there is no activity, vendors will be requested to retrieve their goods to free up storage space. After three months, Eluzitrust Logistics will not be liable for storage costs or any losses incurred.demurrage charges.
These guidelines are put in place to ensure smooth operations, accountability, and efficient service delivery for all vendors and help us maintain a reliable logistics partnership that benefits both parties.
